when I was on 10 mg of prozac I actually lost my apetite, now that the doctor has uped the dose to 20....I find it difficult to feel full.
Its arlarming to me since I''ve always been thin all my life. I don't want to start gaining weight

You can't control your hunger; it is a drive brought on by the bodies perceived need for food. That Prozac might increase such a perception I doubt. You can control what you do about your "hunger pangs." In my opinion diets are worthless; to control overweight requires one be a little hungry all the time and just "pushing away from the table" to control how much you eat. It is a matter of will. So is getting over depression. Pills are no "silver bullet". Willing and habituating oneself to think positively is also required. It may take psychotherapy to achieve this.
