Can an ovarian cyst make you 2 weeks late? NEVER BEEN LATE BY EVEN ONE DAY BEFORE?

Took 3 hpt and 2 blood serum pregnancy tests. I have all the symptoms of pregnancy, sore breasts, lower back ache, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, bloated. Please help! My husband and I have been trying to conceive for 2 years and I was just diagnosed this month with a cyst, and just this month I am late! Ironic, right?

It might if it's associated with a hormone imbalance such as Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome but being stressed about something whether good or bad can cause the period to skip sometimes.

I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.
