it is the way you wake up in the morning. Try getting up a little earlier because i had the same problem and it worked. I used to get more sleep then i needed so I tried this and it worked. When you wake up try doing something to wake up your senses (yoga, exercise etc.), and having a good breakfast. It might be stress? If it Dons`t work you`ll grow out of it.

I have a hard time waking up, no matter how many hours of sleep i get. But I still drag myself out of bed so that I have enough time to shower, do my hair/makeup. Once I'm in the shower, it wakes me.
If you aren't sleeping through the night, then maybe you need to improve your sleep. I exercise after dinner which helps me get a good nights sleep.

You don't say how old you are, if you are a teen, please understand a recent study showed teens need more sleep than others. They found they need between 9-12 hours per night. So, I suggest you go to be one hour earlier and see if that makes a difference. If not, go to bed two hours earlier.
On weekends, don't stay up late, you lose that sleep time and don't get it back.
Limit your stress, make sure you are eating healthy and get a check up. Sometimes changing some simple things can make a big difference.

Try going to bed at 9 like someone else suggested, and get up a bit earlier to do hair and make-up. Maybe it does take you a while to wake up. Have you tried showering in the morning?

Try to figure out if you toss and turn a lot while you are sleeping. If you are you may not be sleeping as soundly as you think you are. Try to unwind before you nod off at night. Listen to calm music, NOT rap, rock or any hard music. Classical or lullabies are good. It might also help to read a comic book or an easy read before you go to bed as well.

You're getting a good night's sleep. You're just a slow waker-upper.
Try going to bed at 9:00.
