I have come across some ideas that I feel would work best for me while exercising. I've told people about them, and they told me that I'm crazy and it'll never work. But . . . what I thought was a good idea, that until the new year, I'd start out doing a good amount of exercise, and while doing that, do a colon cleanse. Because while I'm trying to lose the weight, and shape up my muscles, I figured I should do some cleaning on the inside too. Is that like a lose lose situation, or am I right? That my plan is healthy and smart?

colon cleansing will have no effect on weigh loss. those that diet and exercise for specific events are usually unsuccessful at long term weight loss. lifestyle changes need to be made to successfully manage the weight and improve the health status.

you should be exercising and eating healthier for "you" not for some stupid wedding.
