hey everybody... i am a 13 year old girl that is athletic and does exercise sometimes but i still can't loose the weight...is 123 pounds fat for a 13 old girl? Should be doing anything else to help me loose weight? Please write back!

i also only drink water except for supper and bfest i have oj an gingeral but i only have a cup.and i do excersize but it doesn not help...i have lost 2 pounds in a week and a half it feels like for ever

no ur not fat.i think ur just fine u might have some baby fat but that will were off eventually..=)

Hey, I'm like this too. I'm almost 5'1 though. I would be considered [I think] A little chubby or maybe fat, but that might not be true, I dunno what people think of me.

You didn't say how tall you are, that can be a big difference.
If your taller than me, your most likely skinny. If you feel you need to loose weight, cut down on soda and drink more water. Also drink atleast 2 glasses of milk a day, studies show people that do are thinner. Getting a good nights sleep will help you keep your weight down too, so go too bed about 30 mins earlier than usual on some days.

You did not say how tall you were but for a girl 5ft the weight should be 90-110. If you want to lose weight you change your eating habits by not eating junk foods eat vegetables fruits and lean meats . Drink plenty of water in place of pop and you have to exercise you should start losing weight.

Depends. How tall are you? What kind of body shape do you have? How active are you? Etc. Etc. Etc. This question is not so simply answered.

I suggest you talk to your doctor about this. People here are going to have distorted views on weight, and you honestly don't provide enough information anyway. The best thing you can do is to stop obsessing about this, talk to your doctor about your health, and do whatever they say. Anything else that anyone suggest here is potentially going to be counter-productive to you, either physically or psychologically.

Actually, no, your weight is average for your height. Your friends are probably just too skinny. Don't worry. If you want to lose weight just eat healthy foods and drink lots of water. But the way you are now is fine! :D

It depends on how tall you are. Also, muscle weighs more than fat so if you're working out a lot you might weight more but it doesn't mean your fat.

how tall are you cuz if your tall then its fine
im thirteen too and i weigh 115 and im 5 4 in height so its totally ok for me
