I know I have it but
is it a bad thing?
I'm always lightheaded when getting up after anything and I get shaky really easily
even from just drinking cold water
I can't stare still without resting my eyes looking down

This sounds more like sinus and maybe some orthostatic hypotension. Go see your doctor to find out what is wrong.

Low blood pressure means below 90/60. Feeling faint and fainting spells are amongst the symptoms.
