I am trying to loose weight and I have met with a nutritionist. I am eating all the right things. I am just eating to much of it. I get so hungry and I can not get by on what the actual portion size supposed to be. I have tried drinking a lot of water to help you feel full that helps but I just eat way to much. Is there something else I can do to cut back slowly to the correct portion

i have stomach pains and diarrhea, was taking mylanta but was told that causes diarrhea, so stopped that now taking nexium per doc orders

But now, if I have a "bad" day, like everyone has sometimes...I worry that I am back-sliding..or going to relapse..when all it really is is just one of those days...

Did anyone else recovering from depression/anxiety go through this..and were you eventually able to shrug off the fear of relapse altogether?

Which fruit, dried or not packs the most punch per portion, i already have 1 or 2 bananas, 1 apple, 1 orange and 18 grapes per day and multi vits and fish oils ??? any others i may need?

We're going out for Chinese tonight and most of the dishes have enough fat and calories to last me for days. It's probably the worste food to eat when you're on a diet like me. I can't afford much at this point. I can't suggest another eating option either so don't say that. I really need help from people that know the best and healthiest choice I can possibly get and is served at nearly every chinese resaurant. PS. I am allergic to shrimp. preferably chicken please! I'm 26, not overweight, and have always eaten a low salt diet. I do exercise some jogging at least 20 miles a week in addition to hiking and other activities. I don't believe I'm overly stressed. I've tried cutting my salt further to below 1000mg a day to no avail.

My blood pressure is 135/75 meaning I have pre-hypertension, but based on my family history, I will have hypertension at the rate I'm going.

As you can guess i have extreme drandruff now i have had it for a few years now, yes years, and i want RID! I have been to the doctor loads of times and now am just fed-up. I have tryed loads of shampoo from head and shoulder to Nizoral Shampoo to T-Gel. Nothing works. a short description would be that my hair gets really hard, tought almost to put my hands through and drandruff pours out and it gets everywhere, eyebrowns clothes without even touching it. Now the shampoos just seem to make my hair softer, but drandruff pours out like snow just by touching my hair even after washing everyday. I did think that i was deficiency but for a while now i have been having vitamin tablets and no improvement. I do not use hair products like gel, nor do i have emxa. I really need some help.

I know I have depression, all the signs are there. It has been going on for almost a year now. Started off slow & now getting worse. I tried St. John's wart, omega 3's and Sam E, nothing seemed to work. I dont want to go on antidepressents because of the side effects. I don't know what to do. Has anyone tried a herbalist? Whenever I try to read, I feel movement. It's hard to describe what I'm feeling in my eyes; it just feels like the text is moving. This problem has caused much distress: I can't read much anymore--even if it's something important I need to read, such as a book for school. I used to love reading for fun, but now I can no longer do that.

Can someone please tell me what's wrong with my eyes?
