My wife had breast reduction surgery 4 weeks ago. This week she has bruised all over both of them. Is this common, this far past surgery?

Absolutely normal! The bruising should go down after time.
The key word to reduction surgery recovery is PATIENCE!
I had mine reduced Feb 2006 and was bruised for a short time (I used Arnica Montana, which I purchased from Amazon, to help with swelling and bruising).

Absolutley! THis was a huge change to her girls. They will be sore and bruised for a long time.
