I have heard putting your hands together like praying with your elbows up and pushing your palms together works.

Hi, I wanted to tell you about my experience with the CurvyBust cream. I'm 24 years old and I've spent pretty much my whole life wishing I had slightly larger breasts. I'm normally a size A, I'd love to be a size B, especially when I wear certain kinds of low cut tops. I have a good figure, and I like what I have, but every now and then I would like a little bit more. Even if I had the money, (which I don't because I am a college student with loans to pay off), I would never consider going under the knife just to go up 1 cup size. So that's been my dilemma.
I found out about curvybust cream when I was flipping through (Yahoo Answers). To be honest with you, I'm not the type of girl who would consider spending money on a cream that promises to increase breast size. It just seems like an impossible thing to claim. But there were three reasons that I decided to go for it:

1) I contacted them via their website because I had a question about the cream being OK for sensitive skin (which it is, because it is made of natural botanical ingredients.)

2) I was really impressed by their customer service and willingness to explain everything to me. 3) They offered me a free 12 day supply with no obligation, (I just had to pay the shipping costs- I wasn't too thrilled with that but it was still worth it to get the free product).

Well, it's actually working! There is a noticeable difference in the size of my breasts! It's only been 10 days, and they say that the true final results won't appear until about the 4-6 month time frame, but based on what I can see, (and what my boyfriend can feel) there's definitely a difference. My breasts are standing out more, and they are fuller and rounder. Sometimes I am able to go out without a bra, now I can't. And I have a feeling that I might have to actually buy new bras if the growth continues. I'm looking forward to seeing how the next month goes. There might actually be a size B in my future! Woohoo!

Not a lot bigger, but you can prevent sagging and create more defined cleavage by building up the pectoral muscles. The most efficient way to do this would be with weight training. It's important to do weight training the right way for safety and good results, so I won't go into details but you should get a good book or talk to a professional trainer. Don't try to put on weight unless you're actually under weight, because it won't just go where you want!

No there is no exercise,if you do exercise they will turn smaller and if you gain weight they'll probably get bigger but so will you. So you'll just be a big girl, they won't stand out.

adding weight is stupid because your boobs will look bigger but so will your stomach. You could do some pectorial excerises but that will just make what you have firm and high. Just buy a good bra. Whatever you do don't get a boob job---I got one and they are too big---i wish I had kept what god gave me.

Technically, if you work on the muscles under neath your breasts, you can make them appear bigger. You can do this through chest presses. And yes, gaining weight will make them bigger as well. As for all the other answer people are giving- that is not true.

if it were i'd have done them long ago, don't try to put on weight cuz it won't just get added to where you want it too. It goes where it wants. so instead of getting bigger boobs, you will lose your six pack.

It actually kind of can...but not in how you might think. Exercises to increase chest size (bench press etc) and exercises to decrease your waist (sit-ups etc) will alter the look of your breasts to appear larger. And you might find that some people actually prefer smaller breasted women!

The only thing exercise will do is strengthen and tone the muscles in your arms and chest. To add size, you need to gain weight or (ugh) get implants. Pregnancy and menopause also make them larger. Sigh.
