Taking herbs to take to assist in Conception. Is there a website that lists their effects & when to take the?

There are various natural ways to aid in conception. I've read up on them and I have found info on each on here and there but I've never found a site that has info on all of them (or even a majority) nor have I found a site that instructs which part of the menstrual cycle to take them. I'd also like to know which hormones they are believed to have an influence on.
Here are the Herbs I purchased. I am on CD 1 so I need to know ASAP when to take what.

Vitex
Evening Primrose Oil
False Unicorn Root
Soy Isoflavones
Licorice Root
Red Raspberry
Damiana

I am also taking folic acid and prenatals.
I also plan to eat a bunch of grapefruit, should I do that during the entire cycle or just during one portion of it?

I'd love to hear personal experiences but mostly I'd just like a published site somewhere that has the most info. I'll vote best answer for whomever can either give me the most detailed info with reference sites or the best site given with the most info.

Talking problem and learning english?

This is my problem. i am learning english but i stutter(not that bad).
first of all, i am a shy, pretty and nice person. so, i gto a problem about school. i stutter when i talk. i dont even raise my hand or talk to other people around in my classes cuz i am scared maybe i would stutter.

Has anyone ever heard of pressure on the eye or eyeballs causing accelerated motion sickness or nausea. My flight surgeon said I might be getting sick in my aircraft because I wear contacts. To add to this, the other day I had a very bad headache over my left eye. My contacts were in and they were seated correctly, it caused me to vomit. But when I finally removed them the headache went away within a minute. He also said this may be because the nerves in my eye and cheek are connected to my inner ear. could this be possible?

Colored contacts for dark brown eyes?

Hey,
i'm very interested in getting colored contacts. My biggest concern is that it won't show(Not so much natural but the color won't show). I have deep dark brown eyes. Most of the reviews i've read the Freshlook colorblends seems to be the most reccommended.

I want either Green or Blue...anyone that has had colored contacts for dark eyes please give me your input. If not green or blue i want the color that will be the most vibrant...

How come when males have a physical exam, the doctor sticks his finger up his butt? But not for girls?
