depends how old you are. IF your around the age of 15-16, the wind blowing across your package can cause an erection. It might not be that girl, but just the thought of "A" girl.
If your 40 and get an erection by just seeing a girl, i'd say you have problems.

If enerection means erection then no and yes. It depends what you mean by "like". If you have an erection when looking or thinking about a girl it is most likely just a physical attraction. if you think a physical attraction is "liking" somebody then yes you most likely do.

But truthfully, if you admire someoen in a sexual manner then the penis will become erect and tha tis very prevalent in teens; less prevalent in older guys.
So, don;t worry and never let yoru normal healthy penis gettin erect cause you to feel embarassed or ashamed.
