No, you cant get high from any over the counter pain relief pills. There are some medications you can get high on that are over the counter (I've talked about them in other posts) but none are specifically pain relief pills.

No, not from just any pain pill.
OTC's like Tylenol and Aleve can kill you if you take too much.
Most people take things like Sudafed to get high. Careful though it can kill you if you get greedy with your high.
Prescriptions are usually the best because it doesn't take much. Percocet in my opinion is the best.

People who take pain meds such as Percocet or Vicodin for actual pain generally do not get any kind of "high" from them. If they are just being used recreationally then yes people may feel high from them. Tylenol etc will not have this effect.

Not over the counter ones, they just ease the pain your in. Take too much of them and they become toxic to your system.

the grape ones taste good! the chewable ones. i dont overdose though lol. i dont think you can get high
