Has anyone ever heard of pressure on the eye or eyeballs causing accelerated motion sickness or nausea. My flight surgeon said I might be getting sick in my aircraft because I wear contacts. To add to this, the other day I had a very bad headache over my left eye. My contacts were in and they were seated correctly, it caused me to vomit. But when I finally removed them the headache went away within a minute. He also said this may be because the nerves in my eye and cheek are connected to my inner ear. could this be possible?

If you had a one sided headache and vomited, I think you likely had a migraine headache. Migraine often has preceeding neurological symptoms like blurred vision, nausea, vertigo, numbness and tingling; these symptoms are caused by the headache, they do not cause the headache.

Highly unlikely that the contacts are a cause. Inner ear problems can cause eye problems like spinning vision and nystagmus, not the reverse.
