I'm wondering why guys have to have a finger rammed up their butt, but we girls don't have to have that? And, yes, I know we have stuff on other end, but we both have butts!

Male digital examination is for prostate size. Some GYNs do an anal digital exam to check for masses in the posterior vaginal vault.

for males they check your prostate, that's the only way to check for it.
for females doing a rectal exam is part of the gyne work-up, however many providers don't do it because it takes more time. finger goes into the rectum while another goes into the vagina. them they squeeze the fingers together to feel for cysts and tumors. an important test that many people don't do.

Maybe your doctor's not being thorough enough. Every Gyno I've gone to has done an anal exam on me. Any time I have my annual, it's been checked. I'm not sure if it's just because of surgeries I've had where Endometriosis was on my colon, and maybe he just wants to make sure my colon's not inflamed again or something? As far as guys...it's to check their Prostate...if it's enlarged, they can have several problems, including the urge to pee all the time, even when they don't have anything to pee.

The exam performed on males is called a DRE/Digital rectal exam. The purpose of the exam is to palpate the size of the prostate to see if it is enlarged. Women do not have prostates so no exam on women.

Males have prostates. Girls don't. The prostate is part of your urethra, and helps produce semen.
The doctor has to check to make sure there's no infection, (prostate cancer is quite common) and that's the quickest and easier way to access it.

Men have prostates. That's what they are checking when the do a rectal exam. Do you forget that women need vaginal exams? I think we're about even in the discomfort department.

A guy always cums fast when its their first time. and especially if he's been waiting for a long time. Guys are erect at least 5 times a day so what I would do is some foreplay until he ejaculates or the both of you for that matter its not fair that he has orgasms and you don't so get him to do you first and then once you finish he will be more than ready for his orgasm. then use a condom because that cuts down the sensations for him if he feels he is about to come prematurely then tell him to come out and do some more foreplay on you so he has time to calm down. the condom should work but if you want a baby tell him to take the condom of before ejaculation and then finish in you. the longer you wait to make him come with foreplay the quiker it will be because he has to get it out of him.
He also does need time because you are the only one he has been with so once he gets used to it, you can really enjoy it once he gets his techniques down pat. Tell him what you like. Get some books and videos also until you both are experienced. Or you could even have a quickie in the morning, when you get home and then at night. he will diffently last longer because his mind has been free twice already. You get on top of him and you control the situation. Also my boyfriend tells me that he thinks about none sexual things for a while to help control him, tell him to think about a sport or something that calms him. If that doesn't work then just do IT over until you are satisfied

The Dr. is checking the prostate on a man.
Some gynecologists do an anal exam on women, I am not sure what that is for.

serioulsy nothing reason just he is checking you prostate which is absent in females.
also another funny reason is that in females docotr have a place to put finger in front as well so why he will go to back...just kidding

depends on your situation some women have a finger in their *** some dont some have thing down their throat some dont health is individual it is not a one size fit all deal
