Why is it so hard to get a job in a hospital?

Because they need to know you are competent. And to do that they require experience, certifications, age limits, drug screenings and good references. If one of these things is week it can be hard to get the job.

Because they always do a thorough search on possible employees background.

you have to know someone that works there to help pull you in. that s my problem, and i have a medical background
