depends 10-17 usually around 12-13

Usually between 12-16 for boys and 10-14 for girls. But it could be a year or two earlier or later.

typically it wil start somewhere after age 10 (and as late as 15 or 16). It finishes by age 20 or 21 in normal circumstances.
