hello i got my first period and i wanted to know what a good pad to use for school would be. i want one that i dont have to change for the whole school day but it doesnt leak and there is no oder. is there any pads that are scented, for heavey flows, and have wings for no leaks? its just a hassle to go to the bathroom in school. please help

pretty much my girlfriend got on hers yesterday. she is 17
reason why im asking because her mood swings are very fierce. You may or may not know what im talking bout.

Kinda acts...different...... yelling,etc this is first time i saw her on her period since i started going wit her a lil bit after she had her last one.

Well... i want to use tampons (first time) But i only want to use them for swimming and other things where i have to run around a lot! I was wondering if regular tampons (not junior fit) would be good to use for the first time, and also for swimming and running! By the way, i am 13 and just had my period August 7th! Oh, and i won't have to use them for another two months cause that's when the winter sports start!

ok this is weird but my friend did "it" when she was 7 with a 5 year old boy not knowing what she was doing and last month she got her period for the first time and she was supposed to have her second yesterday but it didnt come and shes getting worried. shes to shy to say anything so im asking for her. Do you really think she could be pregnent? i dont think she is but she is freaking out. please help!

she did have an episode with chest pain , radiating into the arm , the paramedics came and gave her an ekg , told her she was ok .no problem . she does burn the candle at both ends . always in a hurry , impatient etc

I was diagnosed with horrible GERD/LPR in June of 2007, and have been on high doses of medication ever since. My main symptoms are feeling as if food is getting caught in my throat, and I belch alot/have the feeling of needing to belch but cant. I have done a lot of research and have read that acid reflux is more often than not associated with low stomach acid levels....but I was wondering if it is possible for a healthy 19 year old to have low stomach acid? I tried taking some papaya enzymes because I read enzymes were good, but my throat began hurting after I took them and I don't know if this was from the actual product or from my swollen throat. I would love to stop taking these reflux prescription meds, and any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I just broke up with my boyfriend of 3 years. I'm 23 years old and I'm devastated. Basically he went home to get the engagement ring (his hometown is 1000 miles away) and when he came back with the ring he broke up with me. I'm 17 weeks pregnant with his twins and am on antidepressants, but i can't get over it...I can't let it go...I feel horrible all the time, and the fact that he dumped me because "physically i would never be his type, but he still loves me"...is confusing, and killing me...I don't know what to do..I feel lost and scared and alone and I just want to die...I know this isn't normal...and I need help...

I had surgery in February to remove a cyst however, when they got in there they found out that it was not actually a cyst it was a tumor so they removed my entire right ovary. He also tied my tubes when he did the surgery. Now I am having pain on the left side. My doctor did an ultrasound and found that there is another cyst now on my left ovary and I have an enlarged uterus. I am only 26 and I really don't want to start thinking about a hysterectomy. Do I really even have any other options?

I have stitches under my chin and there is dried blood on them. Its really annoying and kinda itchy. I was wondering if there was a safe way to get it off with out damaging the stitches. They are the kind that will come out on their own.

For the past 2 days now I've had this really dark purple bruise and it's very painful to move my leg. The area of the bruise is raised and very warm to the touch. Is there any possibility that there is more to this than it just hurting very badly?

Im 44, and always have regular 3-4 day cycles, this month how ever i was over a week early, and im now on day 7 almost, its almost like its still on day 2 flow wise and has shown no sign of slowing down, also when i cough, im getting a sharp pain in my lower abdomin, does any one recognise the symtoms?

I am looking into a disease that is possibly called Synaptic neuro- thombosis (whew) but i can not find any info on it. Not even sure that is the name of it. There is quite possibly another name for it. It is when your blood vessels in your skull are to small to allow the right amount of blood flow thru them. Symptoms include headaches, MAJOR fatigue, weakness, etc. If anyone has any ideas please let me know. That is the only name i have gotten for it but im not even sure that is correct. Thanks!!! I am freaking out about driving
i am in my 30's and always have someone to take me here and there. I do have a license and i did well with driving school so i don't think i have a phobia yet when i think of driving i get real nervous. i am moving and i have no other way of getting around then to drive myself. how do i stop feeling so weird about it? if i want to get to point a to b i am gonna have to take myself no one will be able to once i move!

**While I do beleive that abortion should be an option for rape victims, and mothers who cannot give birth or they could die, I beleive that even rape victims should have their child and offer it for adoption. There are plenty of people who would love to have a baby and cant.
