Lol I see that plenty to sounds like each and every physique has a diverse form of elevating there finger, however the wonderful way is to easily improve it and then positioned it down while finnished asserting l. a. ellaha Ella Allah, Wa Ana Mohammad Rasoul Allah, I in basic terms improve it I even have habit of my finger going up and down yet thats me i do no longer understand why others do it.

U might damage a nerve or muscle. Try not to lift heavy things and keep ur fingers wrap

Stop cracking them, obviously... I would take anti inflammatories like ibuprophen and then ice them. Rest them as much as possible. If the pain persists see a doctor obviously no one here can examine you.

pardon, do you mean they hurt AFTER you cracked them, or they hurt because you are NOT cracking them.
If you cracked them, you simply irritated the tendons and ligaments. Take Ibuprofen, apply warmth, it will pass with time, no permanent damage comes from cracking your knuckles, but if you aren't used to it, you can inflame them.
If they hurt because you had the urge but didn't do it, I don't know what to tell you.

yes yor have somthing called "acute reumatoid athritis" my brother had this when he was in his 50's. seek medical help as there is medication to help this.
