5 year old boys don't produce sperm... Periods aren't regular until you've had them at least a year, so don't worry about it! The fact she's had a period proves she isn't pregnant, so tell her not to worry!

How old is she now? For a 7 and 5-year-old to engage in sexual activity....uh uh. If this was some years ago, no, she cannot be pregnant.
Since she just started her periods, it can take up to a year or more for her periods to become regulated on a 28-day cycle (or 35 days, it varies). She needs to begin to carry a pad with her. Have her focus on the symptoms, she may have all, some, or none; she needs to wear pads when the symptoms begin so that she does not have an accident away from home.
The link below will give her an online calendar and will even send her an email to remind her when her next period is do. Keep in mind the above, she may or may not have a period next month or the month after, then again - she might.

tell her to calm down and relax, whatever she did when she was 7 wasn't even sex. theres no way shes pregnant. periods are really weird when you first start. she can skip a couple and it doesnt mean shes pregnant. if she is still worried, tell her to look it up in a health book. spearm cant last that long anyways, or else everyone would be pregnant all the time and the world would be way over populated. so tell her to chill and not to have sex with 5 year olds. lol

Okay, first of all, a 5yo boy would not be producing anything (semen or sperm) - he needs testosterone for that and that won't be there until puberty (another 8-10 years). Secondly, there is NO WAY sperm could last that long. The life expectancy of a sperm is 3 days. I sincerely doubt that your friend actually had actual intercourse at all b/c a 5 year old boy would not get a full erection if he could have one at all.

Sperm can only survive for a few days, max. Plus, she has already had a period. She isn't pregnant. She is just irregular. That is common when you first start menstruating. Tell her to calm down. Stressing out can affect your period and actually make you late.

i doubt she's pregnant. the first year you get your period, it's not always every month. it's kind of all over the place. the first time i got it, my second didn't come until three months later. it's perfectly normal the first year you get it. you may get it more than once in a month or even skip months.

Ok. First off tell your friend to relax. Stress will mess up the menses really bad. If your friend did "it" only once and has had her menses and then she is not pregnant, she is just irregular. Some girls are just irregular at such a young age.

No, your friend can't be pregnant. She got her period & 5 year olds haven't reached puberty (no sperms).
When young girls first begin to menstruate, their cycles can be quite irregular, it takes a while for hormones to regulate themselves.
