I have stitches under my chin and there is dried blood on them. Its really annoying and kinda itchy. I was wondering if there was a safe way to get it off with out damaging the stitches. They are the kind that will come out on their own.

nope, just keep them covered and leave them alone for at least a week after they were put in. You get em wet before that, they will dissolve too soon and you will have an open wound to deal with.

Check with your Dr. But you might be able to use peroxide on a cotton ball, let it soak on there for a minute, repeat as needed. and then rinse with clean water, pat dry .
The peroxide will eat the dried blood and loosen it from stitches. as long as the stitches are tight it should be ok.
