1 low fat bacon egg & cheese pastry (only 140 cal)
1/2cp fiber one cereal
1/2cp skim milk
1 small banana

snack:
1/2cp low fat cottage cheese
1 med. peach

lunch:
chicken alfredo florentine fettucinne OR
lean couisine chicken & mushroom panini on italian bread?
salad

snack
1 apple

dinner:
salmon w. basil on whole-grain rice
mix greens salad

snack
1cp. skim milk
1tsp. natural peanut butter
2sl. low cal. whole wheat bread (70 cal)

i'm trying to stay withing a 2200 cal meal plan. i workout daily for over an hour but i need help balancing my plans

I have been taking the shot for endometriosis and birth control for about 4 years now. I have gained around 20 pounds. I work out sporadically now and again and my food intake is about the same amount. I wonder what is the deal with all the weight gain while on depo. It could be that I turned 30, sure but It is significantly alot of weight and feel hungrier than ever even after I just ate. Hunger/appetite is way off balance I noticed.

A friend of mine have a dark tan spot under his armpit. It is about an inch. it round. Don't itch or hurt. I dont think it a rash or itchy problem.. anyone have any idea that is???

Women are told this through out life. The young and the old guys want to enter raw, because of loss of sensation. Sex is an invasive act for women and condoms are their best protection agains STD's. I know of a young woman who is now HIV postive because she listen to this malarkey.

I was at my mother-in-law's house and she has to monitor her blood pressure daily, and I checked mine while I was there and it was 192/104. Is there any quick fixes - I tried magnesium and it didn't help.

i have a running nose.. accompanied with sneezing fervently.. the nasal fluids just got choked up all the way from my chest until my throat.. i feel so.. and am experiencing pain when swallow my saliva.. then also feel like pain all over from my chest until throat.. feel different when smoke a cigarette too.. cannot inhale and exhale as i used to do before.. food and water are becoming tasteless.. cigarette smoking also has become like a bit strange.. nasal fluids just leaking outta my nostrils as if a water let loose on a running tap.. i do also have coughs.. painful cough..

what to do now?

Im 17 years old, I started my period when I was about 13
I only had a regualr cycle for about 3 years, and for about the past year or so I'v barley had any periods, they skip ALL the time, and if i do have one it only lasts for about a day. I'v also gained about 45-50 lbs. I barley eat ANYTHING bad for me, i've been doing the best i can to loose the weight.. I go to the gym about 2 times a day, i eat 6 small healthy meals to keep my metabolism going.. I really just dont know whats wrong with me. Could not having my period be my source of weight gain?? Please help.

The Alli pill says that it is best with Vitamins A,E,D,K with beta-carotene. I can't find all of these vitamins in one. I checked my local GNC but they just recommended women vitamins that had nothing to do with the Alli. Is there a pill that has all of these vitamins or another option I may use that works best if I try Alli? Also any vitamin that would suit best with it to speed the weight loss. I would like to be prepared before I choose to try this dose. Thanks!

I'm 14 & 5'7.I weigh 122 pounds ,I only want to loose a couple pounds and tone my abs and butt. but if I diet a little it won't effect how tall I will get will it.and if anyone knows anyways to loose some pounds in 3 weeks that would be nice.I don't eat junk food and I hate soda.workouts for abs and butt would be helpful aswell.thanks

My Sis in law has been having a brown discharge from boyh her breasts for over 6 months now. She also has lumps on both sides. Her Ultrasound and Mammogram both are indicative towards Cancer.She was told she has Stage 2 Cancer.
However when she went for a Biopsy, the specialist physically examined her and said it looks like a case of infected glands. The Biopsy reports are yet to come.
Is there a chance then that both her Ultrasound and Mammograms reports are wrong by God's Grace.

After my period ended, I decided to take a pregnancy test because I had an extra one. My period was a little lighter than usual (I am on the pill) but I assumed it was because I've been on the pill for a couple years now.

Anyway, as I watched the urine move across the window, a line moved across as well (I kinda freaked when I saw it move across the positive line...I thought this meant it was going to be in positive) but at 10 seconds and 5 minutes there as only ONE line. I took two more tests that were negative.

So when the instructions say a pink color moving across the window indicates the test is working, do they mean a pink line??

For those of you have taken the test, is that what happened?
