I just got off period on July 4th but it seem like I'm on my period again today I don't know if it okay What do spotting mean can I be just spotting

You only get three weeks out of four without your period. If you finished your last one on the 4th then I would expect you to be bleeding again this week.

When did your period begin? I have fairly light periods lasting roughly three days. Some people have periods for seven days. Depending on when it began, it was between three and four weeks, a little short, but not a major concern. But bring it up with your doc the next time you see her.
