crush up the pill using two spoons.
put the pills in one spoon, then put the other spoon on top and crush them up.
put the pill powder in applesauce or something and take them that way.
I have the same problem.

A hot bath will only cause the cramps to worsen.. it increases the blood flow. Listed below is a link that will definitely help, it has some natural suggestions, as well as other information. The 2nd link regards pms relief, and the 3rd link might help as well. I know how painful they can be. One other thing you can do is to get yourself checked for endometriosis.. it can definitely cause menstral cramps to be immensely worse. It's when menstrual blood attaches itself to other parts of the abdomen. (I've included a link to give you more of an idea of what it is). You can talk over alternative options with your doctor. Best Wishes, I sincerely hope you find the right option to relive your pain.

Ibuprofen, liquid form. Ask a pharmacist. You could probably get the kind for children and it will probably tell you how much an adult dose is. If not ask the pharmacist. I know that Motrin 800 is the only thing that takes away cramps for me but you can only get it buy prescription. Maybe you could ask your Doctor if they can prescribe a liquid form of it.

queen Victoria and my grandmother used Marijauna and I know many women now who swear by a tea or brownie as well
and pill crushing is a bad idea as most medicine is meant to be absorbed over time especially tylenol as even therapeutic amount suddenly taken up all at once can cause liver problems...just because the FDA says it is safe does not mean that it is Safe...they exist to give drug companies liability protection such as when the creeps who unleashed oxycontin were protected from real prosecution by FDA "guidelines"

Put a hot water bottle or an electric blanket on your lower stomach, and I've always found sitting in a butterfly chair always helps. But nothing helps cramps better than Advil!

Warm, soothing herbal tea!

There are different types at most grocery stores, that state what types of healing they do best: helping with cramps, healing a sore throat, etc.

Anything with lavender or peppermint should do pretty well.

take a warm pack and put it over your pelvic area this helps with the discomfort. you can also try elixir's like motrin or tylenol, or crush the meds and put it into yogurt or ice cream if the elixir is to much for you to swallow. warm bath would help as well. try also placing a warm pack on your lower back as well as the pelvic area if you still have discomfort.
