You know what? As embarrassing as it seems it's ok. Dads are really smart and know that young ladies have this monthly need. Just go tell him. He will live through any uncomfortable feelings and so will you.

Can you walk to a drug store or somewhere to get maxi pads? Maybe call your mom and see if she can bring you some since youprobably don't want to talk to your dad about it at this point. Do you have any girl neighbors who may have some supplies you can use? If worse comes to worse, you can just keep toliet paper in your underwear and be careful to change it soon and not let it come out- but since you just started it will probably be pretty light and not a huge deal.
Other than that- there's nothing you have to do! If you have cramps, put heat on them, or take some tylenol and they should go away. Really the only thing you have to do is protect your clothes.

Has anyone not prepare you for this? Is your mom or a female figure not around? Can you call one close by that might have the supplies you need? Well everything is going to be okay. You need not to be scared. If you have no maxi pads or tampons nearby, you can makeshift one out of toilet paper until you can get someone to immediately go and get you either of the two mentioned above. Now dont be afraid of tampons but do know that it can be scary your first attempts. Maxi pads, can be a great start for beginners. Taking a warm shower/bath will relax and calm you.

You're dad's no newbie to the whole period thing. In fact, he's probably ran this day through his head over and over again for the past 13 years. Just go tell him he needs to drive you to the store. If it makes you uncomfortable, just tell him you need a ride and some money because you have a "girl situation" you need to take care of. He'll get the hint. You're mom probably sent him out to buy them a ton of times while you were growing up. don't sweat it...

If you have all the supplies you need then you can go on about your life. If you need some tampons or pads, you can call your mom or a friend or another person you trust to bring you some. Also, I'm sure your dad would be understanding and glad to help you out but I understand if you're not comfortable talking to him.

Use toilet paper for now and put it on your underwear, ask your dad to go to the store, to get some personal things, and just let him drop u off in the front to get some pads and tampons, and make sure you bring atleast 15 bucks cause you wanna be stocked up!!

tell him you are having "female problems" and tell him that you need to get out to a store so you can get pads or tampons. I know it's embarrassing but you don't have all that much of a choice. Or if you don't want to do that, then call your mom and tell her. Just ask her to drop some off at his house or something.

is there any women you trust to get some pads for you?? is there a store by you that you could walk to?? but im pretty sure if you tell your dad he will understand i am sure it is very embarrassing but he knows about all of that and i am sure he will be glad to run you to the store and get you some!!
i hope this helps if you cant trust your dad try to find some women//friends you can trust to go get you some

Let him know so that you can go get some pads. Also, call your mom and let her know as well so that she can have pads ready for you when you go back home depending on how long you are going to be staying with your dad.

hunny if u don't have any ladies close to go to or to call i would hope you could just say to your dad i have just become a young lady i need to go to the drug store for some feminine products HE WILL UNDERSTAND and just get the larger ones with strips sticky ones~~~if all else fails tell ur dad its ok he had to know all about these kinda things as he bacame a man~~~it will be ok ~~~~bless your heart
