Well done!

Be sure to include PLENTY of water, as well.

Unless you are a day laborer digging ditches through gravel pits in the hot sun that is a lot of calories for a diet to lose weight on. The usual to not lose weight is 2000 calories per day. If you go 10% higher than that you will not lose weight and you will gain 25 pounds by the end of a year.

Check your arithmetic.

everyone's metabolism is different. personally i know that if i ate that many carbs in a day i would gain weight no matter what diet and exercise plan i was on. however if you lead a very active lifestyle then this sounds great. it sounds very well rounded. the only thing i though was out of place was the breakfast sandwich and make sure you check that salmon is one of the fish that you can eat more than a couple times a week (mercury wise) but if this works for you than that's awesome!!!!

Does it leave you satisfied, and not tempted to eat more between meals? Then it sounds like it should work for you.

This pastry... if it's prepackaged, I say nix it. You'll be getting as many unpronounceable chemicals as good things from it. And I wouldn't eat them every day. You could make your own and save money, too. But go light on the bacon. Yeah, it sure tastes good, but it's got nitrites and other bad stuff in it.

it all depends on whether you are trying to gain or lose weight....by the looks of the low calorie stuff, you probably trying to lose or maintain...with this diet you should be able to maintain very well if you workout like you say you do, but the food choices are great.

You can eat more too!
I do.
It depends how much muscle you have.
The more muscle, the more you can eat.
The more activity, the more you can eat.
I don't diet, I just exercise a ton.

ditch either the pastry or the cereal in the morning. and try cous-cous instead of rice.
