I am a student. I've been traveling back and fourth between school and home. I finished my last pack of pills, and now I can not find the remaining 2 packs. I'm already 2 days behind at this point. I've called my doctor's office, and they haven't gotten back in contact with me. I have called Walgreen's Pharmacy, and they haven't gotten back in contact with me. I'm friggin' out.. I don't know what to do!

I cared for her at her apt. in San Francisco every Sat/Sun, I had just begun the job at the end of May, and yesterday she called me and said she no longer needed me or my services, and when I asked why, she said "I dont think were compatible", and I'm like what the f---, because in all my life I have never heard of such a thing, everytime I showed up I was always 30 mins. early for my shift, I did everything I was supposed to do for her, I even walked her mangy mutt and put meds in his eyes, she lives with her fiance who is also physically handicapped and has his own caregiver, I always came in with a smile and sunny disposition willing to do whatever it took to make her comfortable, being only there for 5 days, I can imagine what I could have done wrong to make her feel the way she does, we had pleasant conversations, but I must admit when I'm at work I'm about my business, and I take it very seriously, I've been racking my brain all night trying to figure out what I did wrong...

My fiance has been "disabled" since she was born. When born, the doctor pulled on her arm and severed one of the nerves. Long story short; she cannot feel anything on her right hand. It works just fine, but she's accidently burnt, bruised and cut it several times without knowing, the past few years. Also, she can only raise it half-way up her body and can only rotate her wrist half-way as well... this is hindering some of her abilities.

My question is, is there anyway we can get her on disability for this? And how would we go about it.. we're stumped. Is this the right thing to do?

Serious answers only please....

I am a social worker and a large number of the clients in my agency see this one psychiatrist and I think he is doing some kind of fraud. There are way to many people that he see and I think he over medicates. He will write a prescription for anything. Some people have diagnosis of bipolar and depression. Depression is a component of Bipolar and is not treated separately. I think he is just over billing Medicaid, insurance etc. How do I report him and can I do it anomalously

I heard when your trying to lose weight you need to do a little strength training. Could I do this at home using can of soup or water bottles? I heard you could. I don't have any equipment do this besides that kind of stuff. Im already walking 5-6 miles a day and eating very healthy. So on a day off from walking those miles should I do the stength training?

Okay, so I had a little too much to drink last night and now I can't stop puking! Any liquid, even water that I put in my body comes right back up immediately! The only thing my stomach seems to be able to handle, so far, is saltine crackers! But anybody who eats these things knows how dry your mouth gets! Argh! It's 2 in the afternoon and I'm still puking! What can I do?

I have a high Neutrophil % of 83.2, a low Lymphocyte % of 10.3, a high TBILI of 2.0, a High ALT of 43, and high albumin of 5.0.
Any help as to what all of this means would be helpful. This is the 3rd set of labs over a 3 month period with consistency of the high counts and low counts.
Thanks in advance!

My son is a junior in college carrying a 3.92 GPA. He is in summer school living in a dorm and has had 3 seizures within a week. His roommate had called the paramedics and he has visited the ER on 3 separate occassions. The school is discussing whether or not to make him leave because he is a danger to himself and not fair to the other students. For the last 4 yrs this has been going on at home. He is under the care of a top notch neurologist and is on the best antiseizure Rx. If he has to leave school I don't want him home if he continues this behavior. I have had no peace for the last 4 years and am at wit's end. What do I do? Where can I send him? I don't have much money as he has run up a large medical debt. I wish he would just take his medicine but he hates the side effects.

past 5 months:
36,31,48,36,36.

i am now waiting for my period to come this month. its a bit confusing when finding out when its supposed to come as each cycle is a different figure...

i have sore breasts, white-ish discharge, and cramps - i suspect this to be PMS...

I haven't had unprotected sex before - im very careful with that - no accidents or anything...

so when will my period come? it's very frustrating to know that each cycle is a wild number.

i am now on day 39 waiting for period! so whats the deal

Recurrent corneal erosion is a disorder of the eyes characterized by the failure of the cornea's outermost layer of epithelial cells to attach to the underlying basement membrane.
My symptom is very minor but my eye hurts sometimes when I try to open my eye the first thing when I wake up. Will the condition gets better over time or do I have to live with this.

The report says:

slight scoliosis (Ive been told in the past it was bad)

@ L4-L5 slight, round, central, posterior disk protrusion idents slightly the dural sac

@L5-S1 mild central posterior disk protrusion idents minamally the anterior dural sac

Anyone know what this really means and if this would cause any major pain in my back? Something is really causing pain! Could this be it or would this not be that bad? I have had many back injuries and the Dr's rarely listen to me. The Dr who gave me this report gave me no pain medication but at least he did order the MRI (they usually send me home w/no hope. I have no insurance).
Could this be causing major back pain?
I don't know what to do anymore. Major back pain for years and Dr's disregard my pain.

In my sex ed class today, our professor told us that uncircumcised males are at higher risk for HIV infection, but their penises receive more pleasure than circumcised ones. In circumcised males, the sex is less pleasurable, but the penis is easier to clean & has lower risk of HIV infection.

I mess with this guy who I've known for 9 years, we've been tight since we where teenagers. He's always had two chics throughout his life and has maintained that player status for as long as I've known him.

We've recently gotten closer and he's wanting to hang up his pimp cain and settle down with the main thang, so should I trust him? He's always been straight up and down with me and kept it real when it came to me. He's says I'm different.......but I'm no fool..I peep game before game is ran on me.
