Okay, so I had a little too much to drink last night and now I can't stop puking! Any liquid, even water that I put in my body comes right back up immediately! The only thing my stomach seems to be able to handle, so far, is saltine crackers! But anybody who eats these things knows how dry your mouth gets! Argh! It's 2 in the afternoon and I'm still puking! What can I do?

I am very well aware of what drinking does to ones body. I have realized that when I drink, I drink too much and I know I need to quit drinking at all. :)

it doesn't sound like you had a little too much to drink ,you had a lot too much to drink. Ahh... alcohol poisoning. What fun. Now at this high point in your misery you must ask yourself was it all worth it? The only thing to do at this point is ride it out since you can't hold anything down. If it gets really bad and persists, you might want to consider a trip to the ER where they can give you IV fluids to keep you hydrated.

No drunk = no hangover.
I am not saying don't drink at all, just drink in moderation.

I hope you had a good time last night.

Oh dear, this sounds bad!

See if you can get to your local chemists and find a homeopathic remedy called Nux Vomica. It will probably be sold in "potencies" 6c or 30c. Buy the 30c and have one little pill under your tongue (suck it like a sweet). You might need to repeat this once or twice more -depending on how rough you feel.

PLENTY of water, some dry toast and possibly some orange juice if you can stomach it. Slow and easy, small bites and sips.

Next time you are going out to paint the town red, take a tablespoonful of olive oil (it coats the stomach and slows down the absorption of alcohol) and also take a Nux Vomica pill. This is not licence for you to get drunk, but it may help make you feel less rough the day after!

Alcohol is both a depressant and a poison: I am not preaching but you need to understand what it does to your body and you need to learn to respect your body. After all it's the only one you get in this life!

Best wishes
Eleana

All those solutions are well approaches to remedy hangovers. To avert a grasp over earlier than you pass out ensure you drink plenty of water. If I recognise I'm going to be getting under the influence of alcohol within the night time I will drink lots of water by way of out the day. I continually attempt to drink no less than 3 glasses of water earlier than I pass out. You will also wish to drink a pitcher or 2 of water on the finish of the night time. Excessive alcohol dehydrates your frame which motives you to get a headache and suppose like crap. Plenty of water will avert a hangover each time. A gatorade and a double cheese burger from McDonald's are continually well for the following morning if you happen to quite are not able to kick it.

Your dehyrating - you need electrolytes - just like if you had the flu. A sports drink will help.

OJ & Tylenol are my best friend when I have a hang over - but I never get pukey.
