Break off one of the leaves/stalks and squeeze the juice out of it.

You just break off a leaf and the aloe oozes from it. Squeeze it like a tube of toothpaste. It may be easier for you to buy it from the store. The plant works real well though. I used it when I was a kid for sunburns, bee stings, and burns for cooking mishaps. Good luck!

I had an aloe plant once, and I broke it in half and took the gel out. I thought it would help, but it smells REALLY bad and it's really disgusting, so don't do it. You're better off going to the store and buying some in a bottle for 2 bucks!

You literally break off one of the stems and squeeze from the pointy end down to the fat end!! Keep it in the fridge tho, bec it will stink after a couple of days!!

Break off a leaf, peel the skin off and use it like a brush. You could probably take the skin off and sqeeze it through a garlic press.
