Yes, it is completely healthy, and will help lower your cholesterol, granted that you have high cholesterol. It is a very healthy, fiber filled meal that can help you lose weight, too. I recommend it for two meals a day for people with high cholesterol. However, to maintain proper nutrition throughout the day, one meal must be consumed with proper and normal food, of course, at a portioned regulation. It is, however, not a concern to eat oatmeal twice a day, even if you do it every day. It's good for your heart!

If you eat some fruit sometime between those times or with the oatmeal then for sure it would be good for you. Oatmeal is one of the best things you can eat.

yeah it is ok, as long as it is not the only thing you eat all day cause your body needs nutrients and vitamins that other foods provide you with. oatmeal alone cant provide you with all the essential nutrients you need, but it is not a bad snack at all the latter it can be healthier choice than sugary snacks.

You're supposed to eat something like 6 or so servings of grain each day, adjust your other grain intake to account for 2 servings of oats. They are great for you. Hey, google swiss oats for a recipe. It is so delicious.

Not at all: It's healthy, full of fiber and vitamins, and the Scots lived on it! Just make sure you get enough vitamins, minerals, and protein as well from other sources.
