I have a high Neutrophil % of 83.2, a low Lymphocyte % of 10.3, a high TBILI of 2.0, a High ALT of 43, and high albumin of 5.0.
Any help as to what all of this means would be helpful. This is the 3rd set of labs over a 3 month period with consistency of the high counts and low counts.
Thanks in advance!

I'm sorry but a diagnosis can only be made by a doctor and a diagnosis is never based on test results alone. It is far more complicated than that. Other information is needed such as an examination, complete list of symptoms, other testing that may have been done, etc. It will be best to find out what your doctor has determined as the problem since he is the only one with access to all the diagnostic information.

The fasting glucose of 107, at least in the office that work in is considered normal, our ranges are 70-115. The low vitamin D level try OTC vitamin D pills, that should bring that to were it needs to be. The AIC level is normal. In all I would not be concerned about the labs, eat less carbs if you are at all concerned about the fasting glucose. If there is no family history I would not be concerned.
