Maybe you need to pee? I'd suggest locating a bathroom and give it a try.

Sudden strong urges to urinate are most commonly caused by instability of the detrussor muscle - the muscular layer of your bladder. This can be due to several causes which can only be differentiated through examination by a urologist. These causes include nerve malfunction, spinal cord injury, bladder injury, partial obstruction of the urethra, among others.
You can take pills to cause your bladder to relax - most commonly "Detrol" or "Ditropan".

do you actually pee when you get there, if not, or only a little bit it could be cystitis, nothing major, you can get canestan once from the chemist, if you have diabities though you should see your doctor for something better as canestan doesn't really work well for me.
