Do they have chances of ADHD, PTSD. I have a 7 year old and she was born at 28 weeks, I have noticed that she seems to have a much more pittiful opinion about herself. I wonder if her hearing that she almost died is as hard to deal with as remembering it.

I also weight train every other day and I carefully monitor what I take in. However, last night I went to a Chinese buffet. I ate four plates full but, all I ate was steamed vegetables and fish and one plate full of honey dew melon and some tapioca pudding. Should I feel bad? Or, did I do okay?

I'm gay, & I've a friend who's straight. We both live in the same dorm. He just had a girlfriend & I find that I've spent less time with him. I want 2 develop my friendship with him further but I'm not sure how. I love him (it's not sexual but platonic). You know, that sense of fraternity/comradeship...but he is very athletic, I'm very intellectual, so we dun have much in common apart from our Christian beliefs, experiences in living in several countries & activities like pool & table tennis. He is very sporty & likes soccer & tennis (which I'm not into). I feel very inadequate around him & he seldom visits me in my dorm. He is also quite popular & is a member of the dorm exec, so a lot of his other friends 'steal' time away from me. I'm very frustrated because I dunno if he is genuinely interested in getting to know me better as a friend. I would like to get to know him better. How can I continue to develop my friendship with him? I would like to learn tennis & cricket...

I just had a sunburn all over my back and face, but now its gone. i have a nice tan...but when i looked at my back in the shower, i noticed something. i looks white, but the rest of my back is tanned. It's like that disease where some people get red big (not exactly round) spots, but mine is not tanned, it's white. is this normal? and by the way, its only on the top of my "shoulder blades" or i guess its just on my shoulders. anyway, is this skin cancer? cuz im only a kid!!!

I have been suffering from panic disorder for 5 years. I have gone through therapy where the doctor just ended drugging me up with so many different types of anti-depressants..which didn't work, they only made me have more anxiety. the one doctor gave me xanax. Only 1 mg a day..to be split in half, half in the am when I wake up, and half in the afternoon around 4...since then I can count the amount of anxiety/panic attacks I have had on one hand. Yes I know...THEY ARE HIGHLY ADDICTIVE..BUT THEY WORK. Also I have found no matter what medication you take they are all addictive. Has anyone found a medication that actually helps with the anxiety? No Effexor, Lexapro, Paxil...etc. I have tried these. Just needingt some help and feedback. Thanks

I applied Anti-Biotic Ointment on my face below my cheek bone and my left elbow, and collar bone. The wound on my face is slightly deeper than normal but I don't think it's anything to worry about. Should I worry about getting Cat Scratch Fever?

I'm 162 cm tall. I must reduce 30 pounds by mid- July. What exercise must I do? If I jog, I get tired in 15 mins and my knees start to pain if I push myself to do 5 extra mins. It's a waste of an hour. Also, how many calories must I consume? How many calories does walking consume if I do it for an hour twice everyday? (that makes 2 hours)

Can someone please prescribe a healthy diet. I live in Chennai and study in Class X. The main problem my fat causes is that I can't study for long. I find it difficult to sleep less than 8 hrs. I simply start feeling lazy to study after 1 - 2 hours. This won't do.

I have PTSD cause by a sudden & traumatic bereavement. I saw a psychiatrist earlier this week who told me I also have chronic grief and depression for which he has given me medication.

I am having counselling, which I could not survive without. We are dealing with a very traumatic event from my childhood which is giving me a lot of disturbing flashbacks and I am struggling to concentrate on anything else. This is mixed in with my grief for my partner who died.

I need to find something to get me through to my next counselling session on Tuesday. I can't go shopping because I get in panic in crowds and noise, so I spend most of my time stuck in the house at the moment.

I would appreciate any advice. I wish my partner was here to give me a hug right now.

Thanks.

Ok, I'm a personal trainer I know the logical answer to the question...

I'd prefer to hear that YES people do loose the pregnancy weight, how you did it, how fast you did it and how much you lost after having the baby.

Just need my fears calmed I think
