I want the number or some place to help me. I hate the feelings i get. I always want to cut myself. I dont want to tell anyone, i just want to take care of it myself, so dont tell me to tell someone, i'm sick of it. just tell what i should do...please.

I had a friend that was in the same position as you are now. She got over it by talking it through with her closest friends who she could trust to keep her secret! If you feel you have no one you could do this with, I suggest phoning a helpline- there are many advertised and they allow you to stay annoymous!
However, if you feel you are strong enough to do it on your own then I think you need to try accept yourself for who you are, we may not have to live with others but we all have to live with ourselves! I think everyone goes through a bad patch in their lives- I did last year- I was stressed out and was forever crying to myself- like you I didn't want anyone to know. I got over this by having a break/ holiday- the stress is still there but it is realitively small compared to what it was like before. I believe that most people dislike something about themselves and a lot of people suffer from having no self confidence (like myself). In my opinion, going out and enjoying the time you have with your family and friends, soon makes your realise that you are loved and that you do make a difference to the world!
I think you shold take part in a group/ community activity which enables you to communicate with others and helps you to appreciate and enjoy your time through happiness and not pain/ self harming! Also, a nice break/ holiday should come of great benefit to yourself!

I don't know where you live so it's difficult to tell you where to go for help, so, first of all try calling a local hospital or a doctor's office and ask them for the hotline phone number for a distress and crisis centre in your area. You can do this anonymously, they don't ask for your name, etc. Then, call the centre, they are normally open 24 hours per day and 7 days a week. You can discuss your feelings with the person on the phone and they will direct you to get the proper help and support you need. If nobody answers the phone, please do leave a number where they can reach you, they are very good and efficient and call you back promptly. I had to call a centre like this for my daughter and within a few minues I got three phone calls from different support groups.
If you are a student and if there is a child and youth worker in your school, ask her where to go for help or for a phone number. She is a qualified person and you can be sure she will respect your need for confidientiality and discretion.
Or, go to the guidance office in your school, you can ask for the phone number of a crisis or support center. Here also, they will be discreet.

You should have your own personal dart game. Whenever you fell you want to cut yourself, throw a dart.Or, go online and look for funny pictures or go to the mall, just do anything to make you forget about it.Get a boyfriend and just feel free, because if you waste your life wanting to cut yourself, you will be dead faster than a squirrel getting run over by a care. Thats why people say Life is Too short. But never cut yourself because one day you could accidentally lose a lot of blood. Try something else that doesn't hurt you.Like reading a book, just let your ming off the terrible feelings in your head.

It's time for you to go walking and enjoy nature and talk with God and read His words. Your being attacked by negative forces that the Devil uses on all of us. Read the Bible and Pick up your Sword and Armor that is yours if you want it (Promised and delivered by just picking up His book and studying it) to protect yourself.
Are your medications OK are you taking to much of something? If you are stop. Try drinking some warm tea mixed with sugar and cream to your taste, this will help you settle your nerves.

well for one if your asking to find someone you really don't want to do it you just want someone to see you for who you really are so who ever your trying to get notice you just go there and tell them how you feel
