quit drinking beer for 8 weeks and walk or exercize til ya sweat alot..this will help sweat out the beer in the tissues and sucha nd also detoxiy the skin etc.......sit up and other tummy exercizes help as well..but the sweating was the best way i found..i just walked..was up to 76 miles a week..

You have not to drink beer.Also you have to go outside in the nature instead to sit and drink.Movement is a life.You need long walks if you can not exercise.
I advice you to keep some diet and go to find where you can exercise for body building.

if you cant give up beer, then only drink low carb beer. in Australia there are many but I like Pure Blonde it has no carbs.
