Why do you want big breasts? I've been there, done that, and I'm doing it again, thanks to pregnancy. To make things even more fun, now, is that the only bra I have that doesn't make my breasts look funky is my padded bras, which give me about a half a cup size more than what I want. Big breasts are great if you don't mind not wearing shirts because they're too snug-looking or not even be able to wear a button-down because it gaps or doesn't even button. Or, if you have no qualms with males talking TO your breasts and not WITH you. Yeah. That's fun. Though when I encountered men like that, I simply just covered them and went on my way. If they're going to show their ignorance, they're not worth my time.
Personally, I prefer walking. It's more mentally sedative and relaxing. A favorite CD in my player, some nice shoes, good temps and sun, and it's cool. I come home, do some basic cool downs, end with a meditation/prayer, and I'm Spiritually, mentally and physically refreshed and regenerated.
Also, as been mentioned, watch what you eat. Most of what I eat is as close to what God made it as possible. Nothing fake. While I haven't been walking the way I should, I have been watching my weight. I think that's why I've only gained about ten pounds, no more than 15 in my 22 weeks of pregnancy.

There is no way to specifically target any area of the body when burning fat--it will diminish everywhere, but will diminish most where you have the most to burn. Fat is best burned by aerobic exercise done when your body is calorically depleted--so first thing in the morning works best for most people. The more muscle mass you have, the more calories you will burn when engaging in activity, so it makes sense to build muscle by weight training as you exercise aerobically. Since your quadriceps (the muscles of your thigh) are the biggest muscles in your body, you will burn the most fat by building them (with squats, lunges, etc.) in addition to using them in some aerobic exercise--swimming, spinning (as already suggested), bicycling, stair-climbing, eliptical training or running. Whatever you choose, invest in a supportive exercise bra to protect breast tissue. If they're shrinking because of fat loss there's nothing you can do short of a padded bra or implants, but you can make sure tissue is not breaking down do to trauma induced by excessive bounce.

Spinning.
Spinning is an aerobic exercise that takes place on a specially designed stationary bicycle called (obviously enough) a spinning bike. Do hoolahoops those a great for burning off fat with out really excercsing ur jugs much, then situps maybe 60 in hte morning and 60 at night, but if u just do situps it might not work because it builds muscle but might not get rid of fat so instead of have an extra layer that makes it looks bigger, so the combination of hoolahoops and situps is great

Its not running that does it.
Most of what you think is breast tissue is actually fat. If you lose weight, they're gonna get smaller. That's how it is.
You might counteract that to a small degree by doing something like swimming that builds up the underlying chest muscles.

First off, when you exercise, you burn off fat from your entire body, not just from tummy or thighs or breasts or legs.......
So, when you run, you're burning off fat from your tummy, breasts, thighs, legs.........
You reckon your breasts shrinking? Noooooooo........
See, you're slicing off fat from your breasts, they get firmed-up and "solid", not sagged down any more by excess fat. That's fabs!
So, continue on with running, plus also do stomach toning exercises and eat a healthy, weight loss nutritious diet. You'll be OK.

high repetition abdominal exercises will help and avoid eating things like carbohydrates and alcohol.and along with that you can also do some low impact cardiovascular exercises.unfortunately you are going to loose fat almost everywhere else before you will in your abdominal area.one more recommendation is not fun but is has benefits and that would be to purchase a colon cleansing product that will help get rid of food that has not digested completely and just sits in your intestines

The best way to burn the fat away from an area is to really work the area real hard, all abdomin exercises, situps,crunches,using the medicine ball,(if you have one) and continue to work the area hard and you'll see results.So every exercise pertaining to the abdomin should be done in excess to burn the fat from the area.
