I'm 162 cm tall. I must reduce 30 pounds by mid- July. What exercise must I do? If I jog, I get tired in 15 mins and my knees start to pain if I push myself to do 5 extra mins. It's a waste of an hour. Also, how many calories must I consume? How many calories does walking consume if I do it for an hour twice everyday? (that makes 2 hours)

Can someone please prescribe a healthy diet. I live in Chennai and study in Class X. The main problem my fat causes is that I can't study for long. I find it difficult to sleep less than 8 hrs. I simply start feeling lazy to study after 1 - 2 hours. This won't do.

well mid july 10 kg loss is quite on the difficult side if u can't do the 20 minutes on the treadmill or the track... neways if u wanna sit at a place and reduce it wud be best to start reducing ur belly part developing ur abs by daily half an hour at the gym all in one machine.. find it i dunno whats its called and ya less on oils and potatoes too.. more fruits and ya walk wherebver u can try the school on cycle and if goin by bus get off a long stop and walk home.. lisen to music on ur cell or mp3 player if u feel bored walkin alone ...best advice i can giv maybe not 10 but 5-7 kgs surely

Its very nice that you are doing jog for 20 minutes... don't bother about tiredness.... you are doing exercise that's why u are feeling tiredness... and it shows that you are burning calories and fat. so you should feel happy... dear

one more thing wear full sleeves tracksuit and lower while jogging, you can wear a cap also. this will help to reduce your weight.
don't worry you will be fit in few days ... just keep continue what you are doing ... and try to increase the time when you feel comfortable with 20 minutes...

Catch up a Gym...and work out properly under a instructor's training there... And maintain a low calorie diet meanwhile...otherwise u shall land with "No Profit No Loss".

throw up yourself after u eat. become a bulimic by which u have to throw out the food u just ate or become anorexic by starving yourself. if u feel really hungry, eat a few of almonds n u will be fine. drink plenty of water and dont even try to drink diet sodas! they are not going to help u. if u get too hungry, eat some zero calories food. zero calories food means that u wont gain weight at all... but limit urself with food if u decide to become a bulimic or anorexic.

You are overweight because you are not getting proper nutrition. We have excess of calories,fat,salt,sugar,harmon... pesticides,tobacco, alcohol and less of protein,vegetable protein, vitamins and minerals, micro nutrient. This imbalance leads to unwanted health and excess weight. It is difficult to get the balance nutrition. If we want to deficiency automatically it will increase excess and calories. its dangerous to loose so much in so less time.it can cause serious health complications.eat small meals and exercise is the only way to loose weight.have a positive attitude dont snack between meals.eat a lot of fruit and veg and less oily and fried food.
