You see I'm kind of normal on the top of my body but once you get to my hips and lower I'm really fat, my legs seem to be as fat as a 150kg women's and I'm only 15years old. My mom says I'm seriously fat, then how do i loose that weight? Please tell me? And the weight on my legs and no medicine, diets etc. Can you plan a weight loss exercise program or something for me and I'm 169cm tall. and 67kg, most of the weight is from my legs.

Okay Because i am a FORMER wrestler (wrestled at Xavier) I was always out of shape until i discovered this NEW way. FOLLOW THESE STEPS EXACTLY.(can make u LOSE lots of weight)

1. DON"T EAT OR DRINK FOR one day.That will get rid of water weight and so forth.
2.don't eat for like 23-24 hours but after that EAT like u need to eat after that or ur body consumes ur fat and u will become more overweight.
3.Don't stuff urselve because it's bad for health. eat slowly!

I did this and i loss about 20 pounds and i gained LOTS of muscle.(don't overexere u will die)

Walk, run, do push ups & sit ups, ride your bike and eat clean. Eating clean means elliminate bread, potatoes, fats and red meats. I have lost 40 pounds since October and can fit into jeans I haven't worn in 3 years. I'm a 36 year old Mom of two with a busy schedule. If I can do it, you can do it better.
