I have seen a counlser for two weeks now. All we talk about is my emotions. I am actually afraid to tell her that I am sad for no pratically reason. Sucide has been in my mind, but i shake my head at that idea. I cry, and just want to lay around, and just be..away from everone. I do not know why this is, can you help me out?

i have a small cut near my eye which i think was caused by scratching altho am not sure its quite sore and it has bled a few times anything i can use 2 try make it heal faster?

It is all over my body and it hurts like hell when i try to breath, bend down, sleep, running. When i run, i fell like i am going to collapse because it pretty much takes over my body. Please help, it hurts like hell and i cannot even sleep. NO JOKING AROUND! IT HURTS LIKE HELL

I got glasses two weeks ago and he told me its better to just wear the glasses when i need to, no need to wear them 24/7 because it can give you a headache and its kinda bad for your vision, is this right?

you should only wear your glasses when you NEED to? Most people wear them 24/7

So anyway after the police left I decided the best way for me to get out of there was to piss off the other mental patients so they would be more likely to attack the staff and lie to the doctors. This worked so well and I highly recommend it to anyone else who has this problem, but I feel a little bad about it.

I have had orthoscopic surgery and manipulation on both shoulders in the last year and the doctor has cut off my pain meds, and the pain is constant everyday. I need a home remedy. I still have frozen shoulder in the left, and take physical therapy 4 times a week with little results but a lot of pain, ALL THE TIME.

And I mean exactly per breast, everywhere I read online it gives me numbers per 140 grams, but a chicken breast does not weigh only140 grams, how many calories on average does an ENTIRE chicken breast - not cut up into small portions of 140 grams, but the WHOLE BREAST have? Without counting skin, and assuming it's cooked roasted.
