I have had orthoscopic surgery and manipulation on both shoulders in the last year and the doctor has cut off my pain meds, and the pain is constant everyday. I need a home remedy. I still have frozen shoulder in the left, and take physical therapy 4 times a week with little results but a lot of pain, ALL THE TIME.

I would try a recommended chiropractor. Mine helped me a lot when I woke up from brain surgery and walked like Igor in Young Frankenstein. I couldn't sit, turn, walk, or put my pants and shoes on! Now I do everything.
Also, try acupuncture, ot therapeutic massage. I know less about them personally, but many people get great results.

I wish I had this 2 years ago when I damaged my rotator cuff while showing off. This is very detailed and really gives you the techniques you need to sort out your own shoulder issues and a lot more info such as preventing further injuries. If you have a shoulder keeping you awake at night you'll know it's no laughing matter.

I have fibro and the following helps me. You can either cut down a towel or use a hand or dish towel. sew the three sides like your making a pillow, put inside long grain rice as a filler. Only enough to fill 1/4 to1/3 (or more if you'd like) of the inside. Finish sewing up. Now you can either place in the freezer for 20-30 min + or stick it in the microwave for seconds to minutes until the temp you want. The rice bag will hold the temp for quite a while and will mold around your body. Great for any pain or discomfort and will last forever as long as you don't get it wet. Good Luck!!!

Try acupuncture or get a massage. A good massage therapist can work on your problem areas to alleviate some of your pain.

Try a heating pad, or an Icy Hot Pad, that you can but at a store like walgreens.
