how do you get rid of gas in my chest?

It is all over my body and it hurts like hell when i try to breath, bend down, sleep, running. When i run, i fell like i am going to collapse because it pretty much takes over my body. Please help, it hurts like hell and i cannot even sleep. NO JOKING AROUND! IT HURTS LIKE HELL

Its not clear to me what you are describing. When most people refer to gas, they are referring to gas in their digestive system. Is this what you mean or do you feel like there is air trapped somewhere else?
