i rearranged some furniture yesterday that i shouldn't have done by myself so today the side of my back is really sore. i think i could have pulled a muslce from pushing. what are some things i could add to a hot bath and soak in that would help?

epsom salts is the best for pain relief. You need to use 2c. in the bath water. If you have a very large bathtub use more. This is not something that works with less. It will help pull the lactic acid that forms on the muscles, out and that is why it helps so much.

Maybe u should try epsin salt. ( i think that is how u spell it). This type of salt is the kind u don't eat and if u put it n ur bathwater it's supposed to drain the pain away.
