There is nothing that will heal a cut faster. Your best bet is to keep it clean and dry. Wash it once a day with soap and water, and it would be fine to put some triple antibiotic ointment on as well.

As an update, you really don't want to get hydrogen peroxide in your eye. This is a very strong irritant and will cause a lot of redness and pain. I certainly understand the concern regarding a cut near the eye, but orbital cellulitis or pre-orbital cellulitis (infections of the soft tissue around the eye) and quite uncommon. During my time as a resident physician, I only saw 1 case in three years.

Trust me, keep the cut clean and dry. If you notice increasing redness, pain, swelling, or any change in vision see a doctor immediately.

soap and water my AZZ! right by your eye! ferget it pal... get some hydrogen peroxide, lay on your back, close your eye, and pour the stuff on your cut... let it bubble, then dry it off. Repeat every 8 hours.
