And I mean exactly per breast, everywhere I read online it gives me numbers per 140 grams, but a chicken breast does not weigh only140 grams, how many calories on average does an ENTIRE chicken breast - not cut up into small portions of 140 grams, but the WHOLE BREAST have? Without counting skin, and assuming it's cooked roasted.

Jeff....

Each breast is not created equal... the size can vary, so the calorie count would vary as well.

So weigh the breast...... and then do the math to figure out how much calories it is.
