When it comes to rosacea and alcohol, everyone is different. Some will react to all types of alcohol. Some react to higher concentrations of alcohol but can tolerate lower concentrations. All you can do is try it and monitor your reaction to it. If alcohol aggravates it, you might have to avoid drinking unless you are prepared to deal with the effects on your rosacea.
