I'm 12.
13 in August.

I'm about 5'1'' or 5'2''
and I weight about 115 or 120 pounds.
I want to be atleast 110 or 105 by summer
Which is June 7th for me.

I can do crunches.
I can do SOME push ups.
I can play DDR, for about 30 minutes.
Becasue I usually go outside with my friends
Usually everyday.

So whats an easy routine that I can do daily so I can get my stomach flatter?

Like, give me step by step routine(s) if possible.

Thank you.

I work full time and was wondering if my lunch would be considered healthy? In the morning I have one Banana;
first break: 1 chocolate chip granola bar
lunch: 1 Activia yogurt
last break: 1 chocolate chip granola bar

Thats all I eat all day until I get home and have 1 microwavable spaghetti dinner with Ice Tea to drink.

I am interested in plastic surgery. I have been told to ask if the surgeon is board certified. Every surgeon I have called has said yes. I thought this was strange...so what is so special then about board certification? I then started asking this question to every kind of doctor I spoke to. Every single one said yes. I am so frustrated. What is it about having to ask the question about being board certified if everyone IS?!

Last night I cut my thumb on a broken dinner plate while trying to wash it. It took a small chunk out of my thumb. Just by looking at it, I don't think it could be stitched up, mainly because it's not a narrow cut or a gash. I apply peroxide as well as a clean bandage to it with neosporin two to three times a day. I was just wondering if anyone knew how long it would take to fully heal, as well as some other things I can do to make it heal quicker, if possible.

If a young man (30 YO) wants to attend college in the USA, he is required to show proof of MMR vaccination. He is "pretty sure" that he had the measles vaccine as an infant, but he does not know about the others. It is totally impossible to obtain a medical record as his country has been through a revolution and nothing like that exists from his childhood. His parents are not sure of which vaccinations he received.

Is it safe for him to have an MMR vaccination at age 30 to comply with this college requirement?

If you are a doctor or nurse, please be so kind as to include that information in your answer. You understand, I am sure.

Thanks for your help.

My daughter used Agent Cool Blue. She got a temperature of 104 and had a horrible infection
that caused pnemonia, pleural effusions, a collapsed lung and several other complications. She was hospitalized for 36 days. Per Listerine, the contaminated microorgamisms were pseudomonas fluorescens, klebsiella oxytoca, serratia marcescens and enterobacter cloacae.

At this time, there is no direct connection but I'm still researching it.

Any additional information would be helpful.

What does it feel like?
I'm getting very worried I may be suffering from at least mild depression.
If you go to the doctor, and don't specifically adress it, will they diagnose you?
Is it like that? I'm confused as to if it is a state of mind, or an actual illness.

Sorry if this is "TMI" but here's the deal...I found a lump under my skin near my bikini line earlier in the week and went to the doctor to get it checked out. She said it was either a bacterial infection (I do shave and it's most likely that I used a dirty blade that infected me underneath my skin). She mentioned that it could be an STD as well...not likely, but possible. The only possible way it could be an STD would be from 6 months ago but we used a condom and he is insisting he has no STD. There's never been a rash or other symptoms. I am just wondering if anyone has experienced this or has more information about this. I am scared that a one time thing may come back to haunt me half a year later.....

I would Love to hear from anyone who has had this surgery. I also had surgery for cubital tunnel which is at the elbows. I had the surgery 2 years ago and after the very long painful healing process felt some relief only in the way that I could lift items that were normally to heavy for me. (Such as a gallon of milk!) Up untill 4 months ago I dealt with alot of anger and dissapointment that the surgery was such a failure. 4 months ago I had to quit my parttime job as the constant pain, tightness and inflammation was unbearable. I wear my splints to bed every night and am physically limited. I feel so deceived by the promise that this surgery would free me from my dibilitating "Carpal Tunnel Syndrome" Since I have not been working I atleast am not dealing with the relentless "Flair Up's" Looking forward to hearing from those on there outcome....laceyemerill

Well, a month ago I did something that angered my friends, my closest friends.
I have asked for forgiveness many times, even made cards and stuck to their doors.
They said they have forgiven me, but in reality they haven't.
Recently, my second closest, i said something that I never thought would hurt her, but it did. She said she doesn't want to be my friend anymore

Also, I said something to my closest friend (who is also my boyfriend) the following day and he sorta got upset

the rest of the friends I can't really hang with anymore

Yesterday was the day that close friend of mine said she doesn't want to be my friend anymore
And with my boyfriend, he didn't talk to me all day

In the evening I wanted to talk to him on the phone, but my dad did not allow me as it was 11. I had to hang up on my bf, and he kept calling. My dad answered, scared him, and put the phone outside my door. He yelled at me too, since I promised I wouldnt talk after 10, but it was important.

What is the most appropriate way to brace for an impact with, either in a car or a plane or just falling down, do you grab onto something bolted down on a plane or car, or would that possibly cause your arms to flail about incorrectly? and i don't know how one should take a free fall to minimize damage.
