I'm 12.
13 in August.

I'm about 5'1'' or 5'2''
and I weight about 115 or 120 pounds.
I want to be atleast 110 or 105 by summer
Which is June 7th for me.

I can do crunches.
I can do SOME push ups.
I can play DDR, for about 30 minutes.
Becasue I usually go outside with my friends
Usually everyday.

So whats an easy routine that I can do daily so I can get my stomach flatter?

Like, give me step by step routine(s) if possible.

Thank you.

Your not going to change your body in 30 days. Why put that kind worry on yourself? Your only twelve. Who are you trying to empress? It took 12 years to get your weight to were it is now. You're not going to reach your goal in 30 days. You have your whole life to feel bad about how you look. Don't worry about it now. This is the time in your life to raise hell. You don't sound fat anyway.

Crunches should help flatten your stomach, but don't expect that to take off the five or ten pounds you want to lose. Do you by any chance drink a lot of pop? If so, either switch to sugar free or stop drinking it altogether. That should cut enough calories to do it for you. If not, find some other way to cut just a couple of hundred calories from your daily diet.

first, don't focus on losing weight. you're at a great weight right now. it seems like you should be most concerned with just toning that stomach down (which is what most of us are concerned with!).

second, RUN! running is a great way to tone your entire body, including that stomach. it also builds up your heart strength and overall energy level. i recommend running for at least 20 minutes and then moving on to ab exercises.

third, keep doing the crunches. switch them up while you do them, with knees up, legs straight up, legs straight and 6 inches off the ground... go online and look up different ab workouts. to get the most out of ab workouts, also look up back workouts. the 2 have to go hand in hand.

fourth, try substituting less healthy snacks and food for more healthy stuff. and drink PLENTY of water. this is so you can stay at that weight and get the most out of the workout.

good luck!!

Most people will tell you that you're too young to be worrying about losing weight and that your goal is to drastic but it happens. Working out will be good for your body but remember that that will do nothing if you aren't watching your calorie intake.

You are within the normal range for your height and weight. (BMI 21.9)

I would do a little soul searching on needing to be any thinner.
