poor diet. improve it!!!
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Well the foods that you are choosing are not unhealthy but your diet is not balanced. You do not mention many fruits or veggies. These are important to put in your diet not only for vitamins and minerals but for fiber. A banana is a good start to the day if you eat breakfast on the go but you should eat more for lunch. Maybe eat the yogurt and the banana for breakfast. A medium-size salad and soup for lunch- to get at least a serving of veggies daily. I hope that you are drinking water during the day and not just one glass of ice tea. I think more variety in you diet wouldn't hurt.

You're not eating enough and you're not getting enough nutrition to properly nourish your body. Try drinking a glass of orange juice with that banana. For lunch, make a wrap or a sandwich, and take along an apple or a fruit cup. For supper, don't have spaghetti dinner every night, vary what you eat.

*Shudder* you will be severely lacking of nutrition if you continue your menu plans.
Try this:
Morning: a banana shake
* half banana, preferably refrigerated for a night
* 1/2 cup of low fat milk
* three tablespoon of low fat sugar free yogurt
* two tablespoon of oat
Then mix all the ingredients in food processor and blend it until smooth. Better serve chilled.
Lunch: grab 1 sandwich, preferably with cucumber, lettuce, cheese/egg, and a piece of ham. Alternative: salmon/eel sushi
First break/last break: Activia yoghurt and drink a lot of water
Dinner: vegetarian + fruit salad, with non fat dressing

You have part of it right, eating more small meals is better than eating just 2 or 3 large meals a day.
I have found for me that the biggest meal of the day is breakfast for me and the rest get smaller and smaller as the day goes along, that works best for me.
Good Luck
