ive noticed that when ever i dance, i get this really bad strain in my foot and soemtimes my leg...is stretch everyday and i dont really know how to avoid this...i also wear a brace sometimes...whats the best type of brace to use and where can i get them from?

Not sure what you mean by a brace? For what? Dancing, really depends on the shoes and the dance. For example some dances you need to use the ball of the foot only and not the heel, so if you wear high heels, the heel never takes the strain. Other dances you need to be flat footed, so high heels are not a good idea. I have found that if I go to a dinner and dance all dressed up, high heels and dance the night away to a waltz, the following morning the legs are painful to state the least. Yet if I am out at a Bar and a disc is on and I am wearing my trainers, no problem.
