Join a local Pilates Class, not only will it get rid of the bulge it will tone you up and teach you how to walk tall and keep a good posture. Likewise if you take up Pilates you will avoid any back problems later on in life. Moreover you will make friends!

try bent knee sit ups and anything else that you can feel the abdominal muscles working, I lost a huge bulgy tummy this way and Im 57, so..it does work. also, better posture helps too..I found when I straightened up and put my shoulders back, not only was my tummy bulge less, but I also felt so much better too.

do lots of crunches. try this set...
1. hold your legs about six inches of the ground for 2 minutes.
2. rest for 1 minute
3. hold you legs up for 1 minute 30 seconds
4. rest for 45 seconds
5. hold your legs up for 1 minute
6. rest for 30 seconds
7. hold your legs up for 30 seconds
8. rest for 30 seconds
9. go back up "the ladder" (repeat the set backwards)
10. do 200 crunches
11. rest
12. do 200 more crunches
Modify this as you need and good luck.
You can also try some form of daily exercise. do you like dancing, swimming, yoga, running, hiking, biking, cardio? These are just a few examples of great fun sports that anyone can do. good luck!! This website also has a good set.

Eat right and exercise. Don't diet though cause you don't wanna overwhelm yourself. Also don't eat inbetween meals if you get hungry drink a glass of water, the more water you drink the better it is. It's also good for your skin. Hope this help's.

Lower your caloric intake, increase your physical activities, especially ones that focus on developing that part of your body, and time.
