find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.

why lose weight when you dont have fat? youll go anorexic and thats NOT good for you. i think that not so much fat yet not too thin is good. very thin is horrible because you will be boney and not healthy. not fat yet not thin is good because you have enough meat in you yet you don't need to be skinny because your not over weight. i dont think you need to lose fat unless you are over weight. also, why not try healthy foods. get rid of junk foods. it will help a lot and you wont get fat when you eat healthy food. try that...

I think you should keep on walking and jogging and going to the gym. And avoid the junk food then you'll never get fat and you'll stay fit all the time. If you give up all this then you can never get thin you'll get fatter.

better you either go for swimming or running. I am sure you will find the difference. It will diffenetly balance your figure.
